Sunday Roast..

I woke up today at 2pm in a panic….because I thought…oh my goodness..I really overslept…hehe…then my hubby said that it was only 1pm. The hour went back at midnight so we are now having shorter daylight, so the days gets dark fast. It’s a sign that winter is approaching. Anyway, hubby was looking after Ian so I get to sleep late in the morning..or rather in the afternoon..hehe…

I was in a mood to make a Sunday Roast dinner….so we had roast chicken joint with vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, gravy ad cranberry sauce. What was missing was potatoes and parsnip but I think that it is quite a lot then. So, I didn’t make them.  It was yummy….
