Special Seafood Tom Yam

Nowadays, I like to experiment with food, I was in the mood you see. So, as hubby can’t take spicy food, I make it as spicy as I can because I love spicy hot food. Oh dear, blogging about it makes me drool now…

I use the Thai tom yam paste from Waitrose, Zhong Shan Laifen ( rice vermicelli), cod fish, prawns, broccoli, carrots with spring onions, garlic and bird’s eye finger chillies as condiments.

Just boil the vermicelli till it’s soft, by the way, the vermicelli is like the Penang Assam Laksa noodles. Then boil the cod and prawns till it’s cooked, add in the vegetables, the vermicelli and tom yam paste. That’s it, just sprinkle the condiments..the garlic, chilli and spring onions, my special seafood tom yum is served!! Yummy..good taste like in the shop…haha..self-praised!
