Mixed Grill With Vegetables

We had this on New Year’s Eve. I was experimenting with the salmon…haha. I dipped the salmon in eggs and the “Kentucky” flour. It was supposed to be used for chicken…haha..so luckily it turned up quite good…and yummy!

As the sausages were going out of date so I decided to use them up. Delicious sausage..chicken sausage and bacon both grilled while the salmon was baked.

Then had lightly boiled vegetables; carrots, potatoes, onions and leek. Made some gravy for the vegetables as well so that’s my special grill..after that had a glass of white wine..I have too much wine lately…
