Meatballs..Again!!

Experiment time…haha..it’s a good thing it worked if not hubby will probably end up spending his time at the “throne” ie; toilet.

Well, as I still have the “Kentucky” flour left; this flour is actually for chicken and you are suppose to deep fry it so that it will turn out like the KFC.

I made the minced pork into balls and then dipped them in beaten eggs and the flour. Then put them in the oven to bake.

Also had grilled sausages, in case, the meatballs ends up in the trash. Anyway, boiled the mange tout, sugarsnap peas, leek and carrots. Then add with gravy. Food is ready to eat. The meatballs were crispy on the top..yummmm…
