Macaroons…I Love!!

Before Christmas last year, we went to the Christmas markets in Machester and it was freezing.

Then I saw one of the loves of  life…MACAROONS!!! Or COCONUT MACAROONS!! Love them. These were hot and nice…melts in your mouth..yummy!

The freezing weather now makes me dream of my lovely macaroons..hmm….I wonder if I have to wait till Christmas this year to taste them again…

   Not necessarily, in answer to the last question; the famous old Atlantic City companies of James’ and Fralinger’s make coconut and almond macaroons the year round.

    Thanks a lot, I’d forgotten about these until I read you post, now I can still taste them after all these years being without them. My dribbling almost caused a short circuit in my laptop……
