Lamb Joint

We had lamb joint in sweet redcurrant and rosemary glaze with courgette and mangetout. Just put the lamb in the oven for about 45-50 minutes… erm ..bought it from the supermarket, Waitrose.

As for the vegetables, just lightly fried them and seasones with a little bit of sauce. Lazy cooking… I just like to eat..hehe.
We also had Bramley Apple Crumble….for dessert.

Just put it in the oven for 20 -25 minutes and it’s ready to eat..oh yes, served with custard or ice-cream if you like; we had it with custard-hubby’s favourite.

Full after that..very full! *Burp* Excuse me….hehe.

   I love grilled lamb but my picky hubby doesn’t like lamb at all… Hari2 steak only… Bosan-nya….

   Yummy Yummy!!!!!!!! Boy Am I hungry!!! AGAIN!! Sigh.. I’m so going to gain weight looking at all those pictures of food on you blogs!!!

   wow. Posh mummy. Waitrose is the most posh and expensive supermarket in UK. The lamb must have taste so DIVINE! I have never do my gocery shop in Waitrose, as I know the temptation to buy all the food is so high as they are such good quality of food. I will shop in Mark & Spencer once a week. Still a loyal gocery shopper at Tesco & Sainsbury.

   Cat-We’re the opposite, my hubby can’t take steak a lot and I don’t eat steak.haha..so another alternative

   Chiwi- Hehe..you will be hungry ‘coz you are pregnant ma..so you have excuse you eat..

   Michelle- not posh mummy ler, Waitrose is walking distance in my place, what to do.
   So have to buy from there when lazy to go shopping.
   M & S is expensive!!! Haha, I shop in Tesco and Asda once a week, only sometimes I shop in Waitrose to indulge ourselves..hehe.

   mmmm yummy roast lamb posh diner too from waitrose hhee .
   my first daughter is a waitrose baby that time I just arrive from holland to UK living with my hubby the only shop we love the most is waitrose in maidheard oh gosh spend lot .
   then when the second baby arive we are getting very poor hahah so we shop at Sainsbury then we move up to northampton …. the super Tesco just walking distance and brandon born we getting more poor hahahah, so tesco is our regular shopping place everything come from tesco hahah. cheap and easy to get even on line shopping when I need a big shopping ahh lazy mummy too myself .
