"Chai Kuey"

I helped my aunt to make these “Chai Kuey” or vegetable dumplings, I think it is called. It is made of dough and mixed vegetables then you just steam it..very simple…and also yummy with the right spicy chilli sauce.

chai kuih, or kuih all my favorite…it require some skill to roll the skin too thick not nice… too thin it will kinda of difficult to wrap the filling cos the skin might tear…
