A Simple One..

Nights are very chilly at the moment, well, so are days as well. So a hot meal for the day would be expected. But sometimes, I am a bit lazy..hehe…

Last night, I put this cheese and onion quiche from Tesco in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees C. Then add some mixed vegetables to blanched and ta-da….hehe… dinner is served! Lazy eh…but simple…

   Sue,
   For me this is a great dinner! I haven’t had such dinner after I came back to Malaysia.

   Hmm… I think dinner in Western countries are easier to prepare - simple. Look at how a Chinese wants his dinner. So much of a hassle!:P
